Your Program Manager
Your building project is more
than just a Construction Project for us.
Your project may have started as a program that
you established to achieve a desired end result
within a given budget. Your program may
also include renovations or maintenance to an
existing building. At CA, we will endeavor
to manage your program and your project to make
it a reality within your stated parameters,
functionality, budget, timeline, and maintenance
dollars.
As Your Advocate
When we design a building or
manage your program, throughout the process we
will be your advocate with Contractors,
Manufacturers, and State or Local Departments of
Jurisdiction. For instance, when we plan
and specify any, equipment, or material, for
your project, and if at any time that product
does not perform as intended, even years later,
we want to know about it. We will instruct
you on the procedure to make a claim against the
manufacturer’s warranty, and, we will also come
to the location and assess the cause of the
problem.
